Stamp 2 is issued at the port of entry or by INIS (Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service). Students must register within 90 days of arrival. Valid for course duration. After course completion, eligible graduates switch to Stamp 1G (Third Level Graduate Scheme) to seek employment. Studying at a non-ILEP institution results in Stamp 2A with NO work rights.
