At EduVed Global (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality study abroad counselling services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid services. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Overview
EduVed Global offers a free initial consultation to all prospective students. No payment is required to book or attend this session.
Paid services — including Profile Evaluation, University Shortlisting, Application Assistance, Visa Guidance, and Scholarship Support — are governed by the terms set out in this Refund Policy.
By engaging our paid services and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@eduvedglobal.com within the applicable timeframe stated below.
2. Free Consultation
Our initial consultation session is entirely free of charge. No refund applies as no payment is taken.
If you book a consultation and do not attend without prior notice, we reserve the right to deprioritise future booking requests.
3. Paid Service Packages
Profile Evaluation & University Shortlisting: 100% refund if requested within 48 hours of payment and before the evaluation report has been delivered.
Application Assistance (SOP, LOR, Document Review): 50% refund if requested before work on your application has commenced. No refund once document preparation has begun.
Visa Guidance Service: No refund once the visa counselling session has been conducted or visa documents have been prepared, regardless of the visa outcome.
Scholarship Support: 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of payment. No refund after the scholarship shortlist or application materials have been delivered.
Bundled / Full-Service Packages: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis based on services not yet rendered at the time of the written cancellation request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Visa rejection by the embassy or consulate — EduVed Global assists with documentation and preparation but does not guarantee visa approval. No refund is applicable in case of visa refusal.
University rejection — we guide your application process but cannot guarantee admission. No refund is applicable in case of university rejection.
Change of mind after services have been delivered or commenced.
Failure to submit required documents to EduVed Global within agreed timelines, resulting in delays or missed deadlines.
Situations beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government policy changes, or university admission freezes.
5. Refund Process
Email your refund request to support@eduvedglobal.com with your full name, contact number, service purchased, date of payment, and reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
EduVed Global reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a refund.
6. Cancellation by EduVed Global
In the unlikely event that EduVed Global is unable to deliver a service you have paid for due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund.
We will notify you as soon as possible and process the refund without requiring a separate request from you.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to grievance@eduvedglobal.com.
We will review escalated disputes within 14 business days and aim to resolve them amicably.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.
8. Changes to This Policy
EduVed Global reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of our services after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
