Our Process

How It Works

1

Start the Moment You Get Your Admit

The day your university sends your admission letter, we start building your visa timeline and checklist. Zero delay — every day counts.

2

Build a Watertight Document Package

We review every document before you submit — financial proof, academic records, visa forms, insurance. Nothing gets missed. Nothing raises a flag.

3

Strengthen Your Financial Case

We help structure your bank statements, loan letters, FD certificates, and sponsor documents in the exact format embassies want to see.

4

Expert Review Before Submission

We go through your entire application line by line before it's filed. One error can mean rejection. We make sure there are none.

5

Crack the Visa Interview

USA and Germany require interviews. We run multiple realistic mock sessions — covering hard questions, tie-back questions, and how to stay calm under pressure.

6

Arrive Ready, Not Anxious

After your visa is approved, we brief you on arrival procedures, accommodation, what to carry, and how to hit the ground running in your new country.

Common Questions

Visa Guidance — FAQs

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about visa guidance.

EduVed has a 95% first-attempt visa approval rate across all major destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany). The 5% exceptions are typically cases with complex financial situations or incomplete documents — which we identify and address before filing. Our track record across thousands of visa applications speaks for itself.
Core documents: I-20 from the US university, DS-160 form, SEVIS fee receipt ($350), visa fee payment, passport (valid 6+ months), financial proof (bank statements showing $25,000–45,000+), academic transcripts, test scores (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT), and a strong Statement of Purpose. EduVed provides a complete country-specific checklist and reviews all documents before your embassy appointment.
UK Student Visa typically takes 3 weeks from the biometrics appointment. You can apply up to 6 months before your course start date. Priority processing (2–5 days) is available for an additional fee of approximately £250. EduVed recommends applying at least 6–8 weeks before your course start date to allow adequate processing time.
Canada requires proof of sufficient funds: first-year tuition + CAD 10,000 (approx. ₹6 lakhs) for living expenses + travel costs. Acceptable documents: bank statements (6 months), fixed deposits, student loans, sponsor's income proof (if parents are sponsoring). EduVed helps structure financial documents in the exact format IRCC requires.
A German blocked account (Sperrkonto) is a special bank account required for the German student visa. You deposit €11,208 (2025 amount) which is released at €934/month after you arrive in Germany. It proves you have funds for 12 months. EduVed partners with Coracle, Expatrio, and Fintiba — all approved providers. The process takes 1–3 weeks.
USA F-1: 20 hours/week on-campus during semester, full-time during breaks. OPT allows 12 months post-study work (3 years for STEM). UK Student Visa: 20 hours/week during term time, full-time during vacations. Canada Study Permit: 24 hours/week off-campus. Australia Subclass 500: unlimited work hours since 2023. Germany: 120 days or 240 half-days per year.
Visa rejection is not the end. EduVed analyses the rejection reason, addresses the specific concern (weak financials, unclear study purpose, travel history), and helps you reapply with a stronger application. Most rejections are avoidable with proper preparation — which is why our 95% first-attempt rate matters. Reapplication is possible, sometimes with a stronger documented case.
General recommendations: USA F-1: apply as soon as you receive your I-20, at least 4 months before start date. UK Student Visa: apply up to 6 months before, at least 6 weeks minimum. Canada Study Permit: apply at least 3 months before. Australia Subclass 500: apply 2–3 months before. Germany: apply 3–4 months before (embassy appointments fill fast). EduVed plans your visa timeline from day one.
